Why do you want to become a physician?

Briefly describe three activities that take up a lot of your time beyond those required for your academic pursuits. This could include employment, sports, community service, hobbies, or any such activity.

Briefly describe three reasons that might make us prioritize your application. This could be skills or experiences that you would bring to the camp, or it could be challenges or adversity that you have had to overcome on your journey so far.

Application Video Guidelines:

When preparing students for an interview, we frequently tell them to go in knowing three things that they want to make sure they communicate to the person giving the interview. These could be strengths, experiences, special circumstances, or just about anything. In your 3- to 5-minute video, introduce yourself and tell us what your three things would be.

You can upload your video to YouTube and provide that link OR you can create a Google Drive folder and upload the video to that folder and provide that link. Remember that you have to prepare the video prior to completing the application.
