    Yeast rolls are a staple of the American holiday tradition, and they're a delicious addition to your baking and pastry skills repertoire. In this demonstration and tasting class at Greenville Tech's new Truist Culinary & Hospitality Innovation Center, you'll learn some of the science behind bread making, and you'll get expert instruction on how to ensure yeast roll success this holiday season, even if you're a novice in the field!

    Vans will leave Boulevard Baptist Church overflow parking at 8:30 am returning by 2:00 p.m.  We will enjoy a coffee next door prior to the event.
