    Please note that all coach schedules only show availability two weeks out. You can toggle the calendar ahead to see the upcoming month. Be sure to check each schedule for additional appointment slots as they become available. 

    To schedule an appointment, please follow these steps:

    1. Click on a date with availability and then select a time. Choose one appointment; back-to-back appointments are not permitted. 

    2. Fill out the appointment form so that your coach can prepare ahead of time for your session together. The more information you provide, the better they can help you. 

    3. Click "submit." You will then receive a confirmation email in your AU inbox with instructions for joining your online appointment. Please keep this email so that you can join your appointment. 

    When scheduling an appointment, keep the following Graduate Writing Hub policies in mind:
    • Clients can schedule up to one appointment per day and up to two appointments per week across all schedules. This means that you cannot have two appointments with Dr. Dalzell and two more with Dr. Vasquez in the same week; you could have two with the same coach or one with each coach in a week, depending on your schedule.  
    • If you cannot make it to your appointment, we encourage you to cancel it. You can cancel your appointment with no penalty up to 4 hours in advance; after that, the appointment will be considered a missed appointment.
